Tomilola is an Associate Partner and heads the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice.

His areas of expertise include Corporate, Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Secretarial Services, Intellectual Property, Construction and Infrastructure transactions, Real Estate and Immigration Laws. Tomilola is skilled in the delivery of Legal and Reputational Due Diligence and has provided in depth guidance and advisory to diverse international and local clients in this area.

Tomilola has delivered advisory services to international clients of the law firm from Europe and Asia in diverse sectors including but not limited to Telecommunications, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Power, Fintech.

Tomilola holds a bachelor of Laws degree (LL. B) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2010. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (Student Member). A keen legal scholar, he has attended several Conferences and Trainings including those organised in the United Kingdom by the Institute of Company Secretaries UK.
