Adeleke Adefala is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. His legal experience has included ADEDOYIN ADEDEJI & CO. Lagos and A.O.ADEFALA Chambers. Lagos.He was appointed the Legal Adviser/ Secretary of the Governing Council of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN in the Presidency during the Obasanjo Administration from 2004-2006.) He was also part of the team that reviewed and updated the SMEDAN Act 2003, he is currently the head of the Legal Committee of the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Directors.Adeleke Adefala has an LL.B from the University of London. He is an Alumnus of St. Aldates College, Oxford, England and Igbobi College, Lagos, Nigeria. He has attended  Executive programmes at Harvard  Business School; Wharton; and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
